Villa Feriani, the home of Giulia and Giovanni’s family, has been since 1600 the center of the town of Colzé di Montegalda. Like all Venetian Villas, it functioned as the town’s vital, social and economic hub. The Villa’s primary role was to serve as a reference point for all agricultural activities, a role that continues till today.
Giulia, Giovanni, their family and staff carry on this centuries-old tradition, cultivating the land and preparing food that you can taste in the Borgo Feriani restaurant and that guests can buy at the shop available on site.
Our Products
We cultivate the land and raise animals valuing tradition and respecting nature. Our products, available in the restaurant and to the guests, follow the slow rhythm of the seasons.
Between autumn and winter, we make our traditional pork sausages; in spring and summer, we harvest strawberry, cherry and make apricot jams, tomato puree, gardener jams and pickles, the composition of which varies depending on the season.
With the arrival of autumn, you will find autumn jams and our wines.
We do not use colourants, preservatives or thickeners: everything is simple, healthy and, above all, natural.
All our products have a precise identification that refers to our history and that of our ancestors, who have engaged in the cultivation of the land for centuries. For this reason, we brand our products “Villa Feriani” and apply a special lavel with the phrase “Handmade with love”, to represent our daily commitment. It is a tribute to tradition, history and the values that we still carry to this day.

Sausages
Made exclusively with pork from our farm, salt, pepper and natural spices.
They are lactose free.
We produce: sopressa, ossocollo, fillet, bacon, sausages, cotechino, salami.
Jams and Fruit Compotes
Made with seasonal fruit, cane sugar and lemon juice.
The most popular: pear and cinnamon, strawberry, apricot, cherry.
